The Substance Exposed Newborns (SEN) Policy Analysis Work Group is a voluntary, statewide collaborative that operates under the SEN Steering Committee and is focused on the Committee’s priority to build Colorado’s statewide capacity to align efforts, apply lessons from data, and recognize and respond to emerging needs.
