Under the guidance of the Senior Education Program Manager, this position will be responsible for managing the outreach, coordination, and delivery of professional training and education programs, including the Strengthening Colorado Families and Communities Conference, to adult professionals and community members across Colorado.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience in training or facilitation with adult learners
- Experience and knowledge related to child welfare practice, child abuse prevention, family and child-well-being, and/or substance use issues
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent public speaking and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage collaborative processes
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain highly collaborative working relationships with individuals of diverse professional backgrounds, technical expertise, and lived experience
- Comfort with ambiguity, shifting environments, and shared decision making.
- Ability to balance multiple projects with shared deadlines while being responsive to emergent needs
- Building, maintaining, and navigating complex collaborative relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of how best practices shift based on research, community voice, and current events.
- Capacity to engage in self-reflection and receive feedback
- Passion for facilitating change through education
- Ability to work independently on projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent decision-making and problem solving abilities
- Strength-based and solutions oriented
Desireable:
- Fluency in Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Dropbox, and additional applications
- Understanding of Adult Learning Theory;
- Experience working with a broad range of populations
Compensation and Schedule:
Full-time, salaried, exempt position eligible for benefits. Starting salary is negotiable and commensurate with skills and experience in the range of $50,000 – $60,000.
